A reply usually lands within a few working days. What I am not able to do is take on your case: I cannot look over imaging, judge whether surgery is the answer for you, or say which approach your hip calls for. Those are matters for your own doctor or surgical team, the people who can examine you and properly weigh where you stand.

So please leave out any photographs of your hip, of a wound, or of a scan, and likewise the surgery date or the medical history behind them. None of it is anything I can act on, and ordinary email was never built to carry information of that sort safely or appropriately.
